The Bureau of Transportation Statistics is relieving air carriers of the burden of submitting the Traffic and Capacity Statistics portion of Schedule T-8 Line 7 through Line 13. The carriers will continue to submit the Operating Revenues and Expenses portion of the Schedule T-8 Line 1 through Line 6.

Carriers currently submit detailed monthly T-100 traffic reports. From these detailed reports BTS or any data user can construct the data that are on the Traffic and Capacity Statistics portion of Schedule T-8 because the monthly T-100 traffic reports are reported by service class and aircraft configuration which allows data users to identify all-cargo flights.
