NOTES: Rows are not shown if all cells for that particular state by mode have no data. For example, since North Carolina by "Pipeline" has no data for any weight grouping, the entire mode of "Pipeline" for that state was removed from this table. However, if a state by mode has at least one row of data for one of the weight groupings, then the entire state by mode is shown even though there may be rows absent of data within that mode. For example, North Carolina by "Air" has a few rows absent of data but since the other rows within that mode do have data, that state by mode will be shown in its entirety for all the weight groupings.
